Liam Tomlin’s Chefs Warehouse returned to Bree Street! Fans of the Chefs Warehouse concept were in March pleased to have an inner-city branch to frequent when Chefs Warehouse at The Bailey opens its doors (taking over the ground floor space currently occupied by The Bailey Bistro).

Open from 12pm to 9pm, the restaurant serves an á la carte menu. Diners can expect some old favourites like the salt and pepper squid with chilli, pineapple and caramelised ginger; Vietnamese rice paper rolls; and, of course, a Chefs Warehouse signature risotto.

The menu will also feature some exciting new dishes conceptualised by Liam Tomlin and new executive chef of The Bailey Asher Abramowitz.

Upstairs at The Bailey, you’ll still find The Brasserie, which continues to offer its favoured, classic French-inspired cuisine, and The Old Bailey Lounge Bar.
